CIT, Former Senior Trade Officials Seek Amicus Role in §301 Forced Labor Cases

Carla Hills, Alan Wolff, and Warren Maruyama have moved to file an amicus curiae brief in consolidated §301 forced labor litigation before a three-judge CIT panel. Responses to the motion are due October 1, 2026.
