Former Senior USTR Officials File Amici Brief in CIT §301 Forced Labor Cases

Carla Hills, Alan Wolff, and Warren Maruyama have moved to file an amici curiae brief in the CIT's consolidated §301 forced labor litigation. Responses to the motion are due October 1, 2026.
