CIT, Shanghai Select Safety Products v. US, DOJ Seeks Extension to Respond to Complaint

The U.S. Department of Justice, on behalf of CBP and DHS, filed an unopposed motion for a deadline extension to September 21, 2026 to respond to the complaint and file the administrative record. Responses are due by October 1, 2026 in this CIT proceeding brought by a Chinese safety products manufacturer.
