Goldwater Institute Files Amicus Brief Supporting Plaintiffs in CIT §301 Forced Labor Cases

The Goldwater Institute filed an amicus curiae brief at the U.S. Court of International Trade supporting plaintiffs in a consolidated challenge to §301 tariffs applied in forced labor cases. Responses to the motion for leave to file are due October 1, 2026.
