Cato Institute Seeks Amicus Status in CIT §301 Forced Labor Cases

The Cato Institute, joined by law professors Ilya Somin and Michael W. McConnell, filed a motion to appear as amicus curiae in the consolidated §301 forced-labor litigation at the Court of International Trade. Responses to the motion are due by October 2, 2026.
