25 State AGs File Amicus Brief at CIT Supporting §301 Forced Labor Plaintiffs

A coalition of 25 state attorneys general filed a proposed amicus brief at the U.S. Court of International Trade on September 11, 2026, supporting plaintiffs' motion for judgment on the agency record in the §301 Forced Labor Cases. Responses to the motion for amicus appearance are due October 2, 2026.
