CIT, National Seafood Association Moves to Intervene in Aditya Chemicals v. United States

The National Seafood Association filed an unopposed motion to intervene as plaintiff-intervenor in Aditya Chemicals USA Inc. v. United States at the U.S. Court of International Trade, accompanied by a proposed motion to lift an existing stay. Responses are due by October 15, 2026.
