DOJ Opposes USPLY LLC's Motion for Judgment on Agency Record at CIT

The U.S. Department of Justice filed a 63-page opposition brief challenging USPLY LLC's motion for judgment on the agency record in Case 1:25-cv-00111-MAB before the Court of International Trade. Reply briefs are due December 16, 2026.
