CIT, Lutron Electronics v. US, DOJ Seeks Extension to File Summary Judgment Reply Brief

The U.S. Department of Justice filed a motion to extend the deadline to October 23, 2026 to submit a reply brief in support of its cross-motion for summary judgment in Lutron Electronics Co. v. United States at the Court of International Trade. Responses to the motion are due October 19, 2026.
