CIT Rule 56.2 Challenge, Turkish Aluminum Producers Contest Agency AD/CVD Record

Kibar Dis Ticaret, Kibar Americas, and Assan Aluminyum have filed a corrected Rule 56.2 motion for judgment on the agency record at the Court of International Trade, challenging a U.S. trade agency determination. The government's response is due by November 30, 2026.
