CIT, Domestic Steel Tube Producers File Response in TAMSA Trade Remedy Challenge

Welded Tube USA, U.S. Steel, Borusan Pipe, Benteler, PTC Liberty Tubulars, and the United Steelworkers filed a public response at the Court of International Trade opposing a Rule 56.2 motion by Tubos de Acero de Mexico (TAMSA) in Case 1:25-cv-00221-CRK. A reply is due by November 6, 2026.
