CIT Case 26-03897, Shrimp Trade Committee Moves to Intervene Against Ecuadorian Plaintiffs

Ecuadorian shrimp producers NIRSA S.A. and Procesadora Posorja filed suit at the U.S. Court of International Trade (Case No. 26-03897) challenging a U.S. trade action. The Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee has filed an unopposed motion to intervene as defendant-intervenor, with responses due by November 4, 2026.
