CIT, Lieber Solow Ltd v. US, Parties Seek 60-Day Stay of Summary Judgment Briefing

The U.S. Department of Justice, on behalf of the United States, filed a joint motion in the Court of International Trade to stay briefing on cross-motions for summary judgment for 60 days. Responses are due by November 6, 2026.
