CIT, STAPIMEX Challenges U.S. AD Determination on Vietnamese Shrimp

Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company (STAPIMEX) filed a Rule 56.2 motion response at the U.S. Court of International Trade contesting a U.S. antidumping determination on shrimp imports from Vietnam. Domestic intervenors Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee and American Shrimp Processors Association are opposing the challenge.
