CIT, Chinese Board Manufacturers File Rule 56.2 Brief Challenging Agency AD/CVD Determination

Zhejiang Senya Board Industry Co. and Zhangzhou Wangjiamei Industry & Trade Co. filed a motion for judgment on the agency record (USCIT Rule 56.2) before Judge Stanceu, challenging a U.S. Commerce Department trade remedy determination. The government's response is due December 28, 2026.
