Pass & Seymour Files Amended CIT Complaint Against CBP

Pass & Seymour Inc. filed a First Amended Complaint at the U.S. Court of International Trade against CBP and the U.S. government, challenging an apparent customs determination. The case was filed by McCarter & English, LLP and includes a redlined version of the original complaint.
