CIT, Hyundai Translead Files Consent Motion in USITC Litigation, Confidentiality Waiver Sought

Hyundai Translead and Hyundai de Mexico S.A. de C.V. filed a consent motion at the Court of International Trade to waive the confidential marking requirement in their ongoing case against the USITC. Responses are due by November 27, 2026.
