Executive Summary

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has determined that certain double weave nylon/polyester/spandex fabric is not commercially available in a timely manner in CAFTA-DR countries. As a result, the fabric is added to Annex 3.25 of the CAFTA-DR in unrestricted quantities, allowing sourcing from outside the region without losing preferential tariff treatment.
