USDA FAS Sets FY 2027 WTO TRQ Quantities, Raw Cane Sugar (1,117,195 MTRV) and Refined Sugar (22,000 MTRV)

The Foreign Agricultural Service (USDA) has determined the FY 2027 (October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027) in-quota aggregate quantities for WTO tariff-rate quotas, raw cane sugar at 1,117,195 metric tons raw value (MTRV) and certain sugars, syrups, and molasses (refined sugar) at 22,000 MTRV. These annual TRQ allocations govern the volume of sugar imports eligible for reduced-duty treatment under US WTO commitments.
