MARAD Solicits Comments on Jones Act Waiver for Foreign-Built Vessel S/V PIRATE CAT

MARAD has received a request to operate S/V PIRATE CAT, a foreign-built small passenger vessel, in U.S. coastwise trade under a statutory waiver authority.
