State Dept Imposes ITAR Statutory Debarment on AECA-Convicted Persons

The Department of State has imposed statutory debarment under the ITAR on individuals convicted of violating or conspiring to violate the Arms Export Control Act. Debarred persons are prohibited from participating in the export or import of defense articles and services covered by the U.S. Munitions List.
