FTZ 46, GE Authorized for Limited Jet Engine Production & Testing in Peebles, OH

The FTZ Board has authorized General Electric Company to conduct limited production and testing of jet engines under Foreign-Trade Zone 46 in Peebles, Ohio. The authorization enables GE to defer, reduce, or eliminate customs duties on foreign inputs used in jet engine manufacturing.
