Proclamation 11059 Adds 300,000 MT to the 2026 Beef TRQ for Lean Trimmings From Other Countries

Proclamation 11059 of August 26, 2026 (91 FR 55989), under section 404 of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act, increases the calendar-year 2026 in-quota quantity under additional U.S. note 3 to chapter 2 by 300,000 metric tons of lean beef trimmings (statistical reporting numbers 0201.30.5091, 0201.30.5097, 0202.30.5091 and 0202.30.5097) of other countries or areas, entered under new heading 9903.54.02 in three 100,000 MT tranches, September 1 to 30, October 1 to 30, and October 31 until filled or November 30, 2026. The 80,000 MT Argentina increase of Proclamation 11010 is unaffected.
