USDA Reallocates Dairy TRQ Licenses, Historical to Lottery Category for 2027

USDA is transferring specified dairy import quantities from the historical license category (Appendix 1) to the lottery/nonhistorical category (Appendix 2) under the Dairy TRQ Import Licensing regulations. The adjustment applies to the 2027 quota year.
