OFAC Publishes Venezuela Sanctions General Licenses 30B and 51

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published two general licenses (GLs 30B and 51) issued under the Venezuela Sanctions Regulations. Each license was previously made available on OFAC's website and is now formally published in the Federal Register. These GLs authorize categories of otherwise-prohibited transactions under the Venezuela sanctions program.
