Proclamation 11064 Modifies the Section 338 Alcoholic-Beverage Duty List for Canada (Heading 9903.03.12)
Proclamation 11064 of September 8, 2026 (91 FR 58331) amends U.S. note 51(b)(1) effective 12 01 a.m. ET September 15, 2026, it deletes 2208.30.60 and 2208.70.00 and inserts 40 subheadings (cheeses of 0406, 1518.00.40, the 2208.30.60xx and 2208.70.0030 statistical lines, hides and skins, furskins and motorboats), so 2208.30.6085 and 2208.70.0060 drop out of the 50 percent duty. Annex II section 2 removes heading 9903.03.12 from note 51(c), so these duties now apply in addition to §232 duties, the civil-aircraft exemption continues.
