OFAC Publishes DRC Sanctions Regulations General License 2

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) published General License 2 (GL 2) under the Democratic Republic of the Congo Sanctions Regulations in the Federal Register. GL 2 was previously available on OFAC's website and this publication formalizes its Federal Register notice. The license authorizes certain transactions that would otherwise be prohibited under the DRC sanctions program.
