OFAC Publishes Iran-Related Web General Licenses Y and Z

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing two Iran-related general licenses (GLs Y and Z) in the Federal Register. These GLs were previously available on OFAC's website and now receive formal Federal Register publication. They define authorized activities under Iran sanctions programs, carving out specific permissible transactions from the broader embargo.
