CITA CAFTA-DR Commercial Availability Determination, Polyester/Cuprammonium Yarn-Dyed Twill Lining Fabric

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) determined that certain polyester/cuprammonium yarn-dyed twill lining fabric is not commercially available in timely quantities within the CAFTA-DR region. The product is added to Annex 3.25 of the CAFTA-DR agreement in unrestricted quantities, allowing it to be sourced from outside the FTA region without losing preferential tariff treatment.
