CITA CAFTA-DR Commercial Availability Determination, Viscose Printed Twill Lining Fabric

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has determined that certain viscose printed twill lining fabric is not available in commercial quantities in a timely manner in CAFTA-DR countries. As a result, the product is added to the list in Annex 3.25 of the CAFTA-DR agreement in unrestricted quantities, allowing sourcing from outside the region without forfeiting preferential tariff treatment.
