OFAC Publishes Venezuela Sanctions General Licenses 52-58 in Federal Register

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) published seven general licenses (GLs 52-58) under the Venezuela Sanctions Regulations in the Federal Register on September 30, 2026. Each GL had previously been made available on OFAC's website. These licenses authorize specific categories of transactions otherwise prohibited under the Venezuela sanctions program.
