OFAC published Federal Register document 2026-20425 on October 6 covering 2026 covering announcing the addition of one or more persons to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List. All U.S.-jurisdiction property of the designated persons is blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
