GAO, EXIM Bank Reports Zero Active Dual-Use Export Monitoring as of Aug 2026

GAO found that as of August 2026, EXIM was not monitoring any dual-use exports because all previously financed transactions had been fully repaid. EXIM also authorized no new dual-use export financing in fiscal year 2025.
