Commerce Preliminary AD Determination, Truck Bed Covers from China (A-570-223)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a preliminary affirmative antidumping duty determination on truck bed covers from the People's Republic of China under case A-570-223. Preliminary duty rates will apply to subject merchandise pending the final determination.
