Commerce Issues Preliminary CVD Determinations on Large Diameter Graphite Electrodes from China and India

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determinations covering large diameter graphite electrodes imported from China and India (case numbers C-570-221 and C-533-949). Preliminary CVD rates will be applied to subject imports pending final determinations.
