Commerce Issues Final AD/CVD Determinations on Freight Rail Couplers from Czech Republic & India

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final affirmative antidumping duty determinations on freight rail couplers and parts from the Czech Republic (A-851-806) and India (A-533-940), and a final affirmative countervailing duty determination on imports from India (C-533-941). These findings advance the cases toward potential duty orders pending ITC injury determinations.
