Commerce Initiates AD/CVD Investigations on Wooden Fence Components from China

The U.S. Department of Commerce has initiated antidumping (A-570-243) and countervailing duty (C-570-244) investigations on certain wooden fence components imported from the People's Republic of China. The investigations will examine whether Chinese producers are dumping product below fair value and receiving actionable government subsidies.
