Commerce Issues Preliminary Affirmative CVD Determination on Tin Mill Products from China

The International Trade Administration issued a preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination in case C-570-229 covering tin mill products from the People's Republic of China. Preliminary CVD rates will now apply to subject imports pending final determination.
