Commerce Prelim CVD, Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris) from China (C-570-231)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination in the investigation of Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane from the People's Republic of China. Provisional CVD measures will apply pending the final determination.
