Commerce Issues Preliminary CVD Findings on Air Compressors from China, Malaysia, Vietnam

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determinations in investigations covering stationary and portable air compressors from China, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Six case numbers span both AD and CVD tracks across all three countries, with suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements expected to follow.
