The U.S. International Trade Commission has published notice of procedures to comply with a court-ordered remand of its final antidumping and countervailing duty determinations covering aluminum lithographic printing plates imported from China and Japan. The remand requires the Commission to revisit its injury determinations under 19 CFR parts 201 and 207. This procedural action follows judicial review of the original AD/CVD final phase findings.
