The U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China, pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1675(c). The Commission will determine whether revocation of the orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time. An expedited review indicates that no domestic interested parties responded to the notice of institution, streamlining the proceeding.
