The U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty injury investigations (Nos. 701-TA-764-766 and 731-TA-1747-1749) on hardwood and decorative plywood from China, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Commerce has preliminarily determined that imports are subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value. The USITC will now determine whether U.S. industry is materially injured or threatened with material injury by these imports, covered under 35 HTS subheadings in chapter 44.
