The U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews of the antidumping duty orders on monosodium glutamate (MSG) from China and Indonesia to determine whether revocation would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. These reviews were initiated pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1675(c) under the Tariff Act of 1930. An affirmative finding would maintain the existing AD orders; a negative determination would result in their revocation.
