The U.S. International Trade Commission instituted a Section 337 investigation on March 30, 2026, based on a complaint filed by Zync Inc. of San Francisco. The complaint alleges that imports of certain in-vehicle infotainment systems, components thereof, and products containing the same violate Section 337 through misappropriation of trade secrets and tortious interference with prospective economic advantage. Zync requests a limited exclusion order and cease-and-desist orders.
