The U.S. International Trade Commission has instituted five-year (sunset) reviews of existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on prestressed concrete steel wire strand imported from China, pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1675(c). The Commission will determine whether revocation of these orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the domestic industry. Interested parties have been invited to submit information in response to the notice.
