The U.S. International Trade Commission has instituted five-year (sunset) reviews under 19 U.S.C. 1675(c) to determine whether revoking existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on non-refillable steel cylinders from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to domestic industry. Interested parties have been invited to submit information to the Commission. The reviews cover both the AD and CVD orders simultaneously.
