The U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of antidumping (731-TA-1750) and countervailing duty (701-TA-767) investigations on animal feed-grade L-Lysine from China under the Tariff Act of 1930. Commerce preliminarily found the subject imports to be subsidized and sold at less-than-fair value. The ITC will determine whether U.S. industry is materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of these imports, classified under HTS 2922.41.00.
