On April 6, 2026, the USITC published a notice that an ALJ issued a Summary Determination on Violation of Section 337 and a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding in the Ink Cartridges and Components Thereof II investigation. The Commission is soliciting public interest submissions regarding the recommended relief. This proceeding could result in an exclusion order barring imports of infringing ink cartridges and components.
