The U.S. International Trade Commission is seeking OMB approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act to survey motor vehicle producers as part of its mandated 2027 report on the economic impact and operation of USMCA automotive rules of origin. Public comments on the draft questionnaire are invited. This report will inform ongoing monitoring of USMCA compliance and automotive supply-chain sourcing requirements across the US, Mexico, and Canada.
